Soh Breezy started her career in her hometown of Portsmouth but soon hit the London lights to pursue a musical career in the big smoke, whilst studying for an English Literature degree.
She gigged at Dingwalls with Dan Heggarty from Darts, at the Dublin Castle in a Doo Wop incarnation, with Eric Allandale, trombone player with The Foundations and, during a brief folk moment, supported The Strawbs.
Although she loves all types of music, her greatest pleasure comes from singing jazz and she had a residency at the Tufnell Park Tavern with The Swinging Garcons. Many and varied bands followed and she is currently performing with three bands - Ad-Hoc Jazz Combo, Westcoast Jazz and Delapina Swing and as a solo singer/pianist.
Soh Breezy’s repertoire ranges from Norah Jones, Joni Mitchell, Beatles, Van Morrison to jazz standards and popular music classics.
Soh Breezy features regularly with the Ad-Hoc Jazz Combo.
